Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie Reviews
Excellent service, fresh food, clean, outstanding and LOVE the Peruvian flavors. Large portions ... parking may be a challenge .. use google maps to see how to get in and out .. its not that bad. Parking behind the restaurant is available but not readily visible.
Great family & friends spot to eat good Peruvian food! The staff is very friendly and prompt. The music is low enough to hear your peers at your table. Definitely will be coming again.
What a new gem on college road! This Peruvian restaurant is great! When you enter, you would line up either to order their like you would at Chipotle or order item on the menu in which case they would bring food to your table according to the number they give you at checkout. I ordered the pollo saltado, and it's absolutely delicious. I'm Chinese and this "chicken stir fry" really hits a sweet spot with the combination of white rice, tender chicken, stir fried veggies and the sauces. I have not tried their Arroz chaufa (chicken stir fry), but I'm sure it'd be nice. Their quarter chicken with two sides of your choice is amazing too. Simple but delicious. You can of course order bigger portions of chicken. I tried the chicken and really like it. The pantains are nice, too. You do need to bus your own tables upon finish. But that's not a big deal. All in all, this is a relatively new restaurant specializing in Peruvian food, particularly chicken. It's a cafeteria style but also has items you can order. I think the food is pretty good, and the place is kept nice and clean. Overall great vibes. Will definitely come back!
Okay so my husband and I were going back and forth about whether or not we should give this restaurant four stars or five. I hardly ever give five stars so take that for what it's worth. My family and I love Peruvian style chicken. I was craving a healthy dinner so I decided to check this place out. I ordered online and picked up my order as soon as I got there. The restaurant is clean and brought with plenty of seating. I got a half chicken and plantains. My husband ordered the same with beans and rice. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy, and very tender. We were given two types of sauces, a yellow and a green sauce. FYI- the green sauce has some heat. The plantains were very sweet and cooked well with a nice crispy edge, which in my opinion is the best part. Potions were very sizable and prices are extremely reasonable. They also have drinks and Horchata, which I love but didn't order with my meal.
The only thing I'm disappointed about is that it took us so long to try here! Absolutely amazing and delectably juicy chicken with traditional sides all at extremely reasonable prices! You can get a half chicken meal or go family style and split a whole chicken both with 2 of their amazing sides. We opted for the traditional rice and black beans and French fries but I couldn't resist adding an order of the Yuca. The yuca fries you could make a meal out of just them they are so big and fresh. The sauce bar has both a yellow milder sauce and this incredible green sauce with a little bit of heat and lots of fresh cilantro that's perfect to douse on pretty much your entire meal, which is what I promptly did. Love that they have the cane sugar cokes in bottles, Inca cola,as well as sweet, traditional juices on the fountain. Pairing this delicious meal with just the right beverage is key too. 10/10 we will definitely be smashing some good up here again. I'm keen to try the steak dishes next and the Arroz Chaufa!
